bachelor's fried broccoli

ingredients

• olive oil (or vegetable oil)
• soy sauce
• seasoned soy sauce
• sweetened soy sauce
• fry

instructions

• fry the broccoli in oil until it is golden brown and almost soft
  • only add enough olive oil to coat the broccoli, but not add a puddle
• add soy sauces 6 regular: 2 sweet: 1 seasoning to the pan, and continue adding in that ratio so that the bottom of the pan never completely dried up until the broccoli is fully cooked
